Why is our health worth so little in this day and age?

The almighty dollar rules the world and our health is just really an after thought. Lets stop being manufacturer's and government's guinea pigs!

Buy organic, natural, fresh and local grown foods. This is your best bet in staying healthy and making the best and safest food choices. A good rule of thumb is to shop the perimeter of the grocery store and try to stay clear of the centre isles that have all of the canned, boxed and processed foods which are more risky to our health.
